Use Koh Thais’ Chili & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce to create an every-day delicious meal. Shrimp and mango have complimentary flavors that add depth and contrast to your dish. They also bring color to your plate.
Suggested substitution: use chicken thighs instead of shrimp.
Serves: 3 – 4 people
Step 1 Prepare the rice using your select method. Cut the pepper and radish into thin strips. Use a grater to shave long slices of cucumber and mango.
Step 2 Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. Add the bell pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, radish and bean sprouts. Apply heat and stir for another 2 minutes.
Step 3 Add the Koh Thai Chili & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce and stir for another 2 minutes.
Step 4 Serve on rice. Garnish with slices of cucumber and mango.
