Sriracha Hot chilisaus lemongrass

A spicy chili sauce that is known in Thailand as Sriracha sauce, named after the coastal town of Si Racha. A spicy sauce that is often eaten in combination with fish.

Delicious as a dip with chicken and spring rolls or as a seasoning in a sauce or marinade.

Ingredients:

water, red chili 22%, sugar, fructose syrup, lemongrass 5%, garlic, salt, modified corn starch, food acid: acetic acid, stabilizer: xanthan gum, preservative: sodium benzoate (E211), color: paprika extract.
