Yellow curry paste
The Koh Thai yellow curry paste is a 100% natural Thai spice paste based on red peppers, turmeric, and other Thai herbs. It is the mildest variant of our curry pastes.
The pasta has its beautiful yellow color obtained by the addition of yellow root and is made in Thailand according to an authentic recipe.
Use the yellow curry pasta in soups, curries and especially in marinades for fish. Look for recipe inspiration at the bottom of this page.
Ingredients:
Water, sugar, chili (13%), shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, fresh turmeric, kaffir lime, spices (coriander seed, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, laos, CURRY POWDER (MUSTARD seed, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek, WHEAT flour, salt, chili powder, fennel, cumin, pepper), food acid: citric acid.
Storage:
After opening, consume immediately.
