These crispy cauliflower bites are perfect as a side dish (as an addition to a Buddha bowl, for example) or as a healthy late night snack. Full of flavor thanks to the massaman curry paste. Use your oven or airfryer instead of a deep fryer for a Guilty-free and crunchy end result!

Step 1: Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees (or your oven to 220 degrees). Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2: Mix the flour, milk and massaman curry in a bowl. Add the cauliflower florets the mixture and make sure they are all evenly covered with the mixture. Dip the florets in the panko.
Step 3: Place the florets in the airfryer or on the baking tray and bake within 15-20 minutes. Serve with mango sweet chili sauce.
