Easy jackfruit curry

A can of Koh Thai jackfruit curry is a must-have in your kitchen cupboard!

This is the perfect meal if you have no clue what to cook or when your are in a rush. Within 20 minutes you have a delicious aromatic curry with jackfruit. 100% natural and completely suitable for vegetarians! The best thing is: you don’t have to cut anything, so that saves a pile of dishes and hassle.

For 2 people:

  • Koh Thai Jackfruit Curry: 1 can
  • Koh Thai coconut milk: 2 cans (165 ml)
  • Ready-to-use Thai wok vegetables: 400 g
  • Rice: 150 g
  • Spring onion : 2

Preparation method

Step 1: Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2: Add the jackfruit curry and the coconut milk to a pan, put on the heat and let it boil for about 10 minutes. Then add the wok vegetables and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3: Serve the curry with rice and sprinkle with spring onion.
