Koh Thai Sweet Soy Stir Fry Sauce adds a sweet, slightly salty flavor. Together with salmon and sesame seeds, it creates a classic Thai flavoring.
In this recipe, we’ll use Koh Thai Sweet Soy Stir Fry Sauce as a marinade.
Serves: 4 people
Step 1 Pour ¼ bottle of Koh Thai Sweet Soy Stir Fry Sauce in a large bowl. Slice the salmon into 1” cubes, add it to the marinade, and allow it to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2 Slice the carrot, mushrooms and zucchini into small pieces. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the carrot, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, and zucchini.
Step 3 Remove the salmon from the marinade and thread it onto skewers, 3–4 cubes per skewer. Heat a grill pan with some oil and grill the salmon for 6–8 minutes, turn it over when it’s halfway done.
Step 4 Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. After draining the noodles, add them to the pan with the vegetables. Add ¼ of Koh Thai Sweet Soy Stir Fry Sauce. Heat and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5 Serve noodles, stir fried vegetables, and edamame on each plate. Lay skewered salmon on top. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Enjoy!
