Mango smoothie with Coconut Milk

Fresh and slightly sweet. Mango for the bright, sweet taste. Coconut milk for creamy texture. A great way to start your day or refresh yourself in the heat.

We love a good smoothie!

Ingredients

Serves 2 glasses

  • Mango : 1/2
  • Banana : 1
  • Koh Thai Coconut Milk : 1 small can (165ml)
  • Water : 150 ml
  • Ice cubes : 2
  • Mint leaves : 2
  • Dash of grated coconut

Preparation:

Step 1 Peel half of the mango and remove the fruit from the core. Peel the banana and break into pieces.

 

Step 2 Place mango, banana, Koh Thai Coconut Milk, water, and ice cubes into a blender and mix until smooth.

 

Step 3 Pour into glasses. Garnish with grated coconut and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
