Something different than the standard satés on the bbq? That is possible with this recipe, the marinade gets these sates a delicious taste and they stay juicy.
If the weather does not allow you to BBQ and you can also make this dish in a grill pan.
For +/- 6 satés:
Step 1: Mix the Koh Thai Sriracha, lime juice and fish sauce and marinate the meat (1 hour).
Step 2: Drain the meat, pick up the marinade and set aside, and baste the cubes on satépicks.
Step 3: Grill the satés around crispy in a grill pan or on the barbecue. Serve with fried onions, coriander and Sweet Chili sauce.
