Yellow curry

The Yellow curry is the mildest variant in our range. This makes this curry suitable for young and old. The paste has its beautiful yellow color obtained by the addition of yellowroot.

This curry is less known than the red and green curry dishes, but certainly not less tasty! This is a basic recipe that you can of course vary according to taste. If you are a vegetarian, for example, replace the chicken with tempeh.


For 2 people:

  • Koh Thai yellow curry paste : 2 tbsp
  • Koh Thai coconut milk : 165 ml
  • Paprika yellow : 1
  • Baby spinach : 100 g
  • Chicken fillet : 200 g
